“International Confederation of Supreme Councils of 33rd Degree of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite”

As an initiative of the Supreme Council of 33rd Degree of the Ancient and Accepted Rite for Spain, the Supremo Consiglio del 33º ed Ultimo Grado del Rito Scozzese Antico ed Accettato per L’Italia e Sue Dipendenze , the Supremo Consejo del Grado 33 de SS. GG. II GG. del Gran Oriente del Perú and the Supremos Consejos Unidos de América, and with the objective of reunite the universal values of Freemasonry and of our Rite particularly, proposes the creation of an “International Confederation of Supreme Councils of 33rd Degree of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite”, a Masonic body that born by a need of work together the Sovereigns Great Inspectors 33rd Degree of the Order in favor to build the Temple of Humanity where the Peace, Tolerance, Knowledge, Solidarity, Freedom, Equality and Fraternity are the essential badges that set the beginning of a better, more just and more human world.
Regulation
Article 1
The “International Confederation of Supreme Councils of the 33rd Degree of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite”, is inscribed in the fundamental spirit of Universal Freemasonry, by the principles of union, brotherhood, friendship, perfection and tradition within the Old and Accepted Scottish Rite.
Article 2
Due to its structure and functions, it doesn’t want, don’t can and is not an obediential institution. Its objective is only to confederate the Supreme Councils constituted, that wish to preserve their full and entire sovereignty, establishing among them a formal attachment, tending to reconstruct the values of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite.
Article 3
According to the nature of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite, it proposes its works “To the Glory of the Great Architect of the Universe”, by which all its members (free men and women of good morals) hold their distinctive emblem “Ordo ab Chao” in the presence of Volume of the Sacred Law.
Article 4
The International Confederation of Supreme Councils of the 33rd Degree of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite will participate in the conduct of humanity looking for the moral and spiritual perfection of each one of its members, who through their work, struggle to perform, and advise with the exercise of an active beneficence directed towards all human beings, without distinction of any kind.
Article 5
A Committee, composed by representatives of the Supreme Councils adhering to the Confederation, ensures the harmonious worldwide expansion of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite according to the principles of this Regulation, without possessing any power, other than moral. One of its members will assume, when necessary, the external representation of the Confederation.
Article 6
The Confederation and its Committee cannot interfere, in any way, in the organization and functioning of the Affiliated Institutions, whose only strict obligation is to subscribe, without any restriction, the content of this Regulation.
Article 7
According to the ancient customs and traditions, the Confederation leaves its members free exercise of their will, and cannot be involved, as an institution, in any religious, political or social particularity, that can change its fundamental nature prescribed in the first article.
Article 8
As a desire of cohesion, the adhesion of every constituted Supreme Council necessarily implies that of each one of its members.
Article 9
All members of the Confederation endorse all the terms of this Regulation, that constitutes the basis on which their adhesion and moral unity are based.
Article 10
As a sign of their desire for union, constitution and belonging to the “International Confederation of Supreme Councils of the 33rd Degree of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite”, all its members are asked to wear a specific distinctive medal for that purpose.
Confederación Internacional de Supremos Consejos del Grado 33º del Rito Escocés Antiguo y Aceptado
Presentación
Por iniciativa del Supremo Consejo del Grado 33º del Rito Antiguo y Aceptado para España y del Supremo Consiglio del 33º ed Ultimo Grado del Rito Scozzese Antico ed Accettato per L’Italia e Sue Dipendenze, el Supremo Consejo del Grado 33 de SS. GG. II GG. del Gran Oriente del Perú y de “SUCUA” Supremos Consejos Unidos de América, y con la finalidad de unir los valores universales de la Francmasonería y del Rito en particular, se crea la “Confederación Internacional de Supremos Consejos del Grado 33º del Rito Escocés Antiguo y Aceptado”, cuerpo masónico que nace de la necesidad de un trabajo conjunto de los Soberanos Grandes Inspectores 33º de la Orden en pro de la construcción del Templo de la Humanidad donde la Paz, la Tolerancia, el Conocimiento, la Solidaridad, la Libertad, la Igualdad y la Fraternidad sean las divisas imprescindibles que marquen el comienzo de un mundo mejor, más justo y más humano.
Reglamento
Artículo 1
La “Confederación Internacional de Supremos Consejos del Grado 33º del Rito Escocés Antiguo y Aceptado” se inscribe en el espíritu fundamental de la Masonería Universal, en los principios de la unión, hermandad, amistad, perfeccionamiento y de la tradición dentro del Rito Escocés Antiguo y Aceptado.
Artículo 2
Dada su estructura y su funcionamiento, no desea, no puede y no es una institución obediencial. Su objetivo es sólo confederar los Supremos Consejos constituidos, deseosos de preservar su plena y entera soberanía, estableciendo entre ellos un lazo formal, tendente a reconstituir los valores del Rito Escocés Antiguo y Aceptado.
Artículo 3
Conforme a la naturaleza del Rito Escocés Antiguo y Aceptado, propone sus trabajos “A la Gloria del Gran arquitecto del Universo “, por la cual obran todos sus miembros (hombres y mujeres libres y de buenas costumbres) y llevan a cabo su divisa distintiva “Ordo ab Chao” en presencia del Volumen de la Ley Sagrada.
Artículo 4
La “Confederación Internacional de Supremos Consejos del Grado 33º del Rito Escocés Antiguo y Aceptado” participará en la conducta de la Humanidad buscando el perfeccionamiento moral y espiritual de cada uno de sus miembros, quienes, mediante su trabajo, se esfuerzan por realizar dicho perfeccionamiento individual y colecivo, y predican con el ejercicio de una beneficencia activa y dirigida hacia todos los seres humanos, sin distinción de ningún tipo.
Artículo 5
Un Comité, compuesto por representantes de los Supremos Consejos adheridos a la Confederación, vela por la expansión mundial armoniosa del Rito Escocés Antiguo y Aceptado conforme a los principios del presente Reglamento, sin poseer por ello cualquier poder, que no sea otro que moral. Uno de sus miembros asumirá, cuando sea necesario, la representación exterior de la Confederación.
Artículo 6
Tanto la Confederación como su Comité no pueden inmiscuirse, de ningún modo, en la organización y el funcionamiento de las Instituciones adheridas, cuya única obligación estricta consiste en suscribir, sin restricción ninguna, el contenido del presente Reglamento.
Artículo 7
Conforme a los antiguos usos y costumbres, la Confederación deja a sus miembros el ejercicio de su libre albedrío, y no puede implicarse, como institución, en ninguna particularidad religiosa, política o social, susceptible de alterar su naturaleza fundamental prescrita en el primer artículo.
Artículo 8
Por deseo de cohesión, la adhesión de todo Supremo Consejo constituido implica necesariamente la de cada uno de sus miembros.
Artículo 9
Todos los miembros de la Confederación hacen suyos todos los términos del presente Reglamento que constituye la base sobre la cual se fundamenta su adhesión y su unidad moral.
Artículo 10
Como signo de su voluntad de unión, de constitución y de pertenencia a la “Confederación Internacional de Supremos Consejos del Grado 33º del Rito Escocés Antiguo y Aceptado”, a todos sus miembros se les propone llevar una medalla específica distintiva a tal efecto.
